No, the Autumn Doodle can only be purchased as a gift.

Would I be able to receive an Autumn Doodle pet from a friend if I am not VIP status? I am currently a Tourist with a registered E-Mail account. When I look in the gift menu and game menu it does not have the VIP icon in the corner. IF I were able to receive the pet would I be able to use it? I believe I have seen users who canceled their VIP status still using their pets.

Yes, if a player gifts the pet to you, you’ll be able to use it. You do not have to be a VIP member in order to use the Autumn Doodle pet.
