I just got the following…

Invalid SSL Certification (Error Code 526)

CW’s SSL Certification did not pass validation.

I suppose we will all get some condescending lecture now about our equipment, memory, etc

It looks like we’re all in the same boat. The site is currently throwing an Error 526 (Invalid SSL Certificate), which means the issue is strictly on the server side. There isn’t anything we can fix on our end, we’ll just have to wait for the CW tech team to update their security credentials and get the ‘gate’ back open. Hopefully, it won’t be down for long!

Glad I didn’t follow through with the cloudflare recommendation to pay $5 for the Tech appointment

Hi ev1. I got the error message also. I rebooted my computer and still got it. The in Google I typed Casino World and clicked on the url from the search and got back in. I don’t want to log out and try again now because I have a party in 15 minutes and I worry that this would not work the next time.

Same happened to me today - 1st time. I finally cleared cookies for CW site, and restarted my computer. Haven’t had the problem since… but many others who had this problem today and did not clear their cookies, continued to experience the reload screen and the certificate error screen after rebooting. Try clearing cookies – all or just cookies for the CW site, either way, and then reboot.

Probably CW doing an update.

I just got that message too.

Help I had 2 characters, only 1 came back, the successful avatar with 3 billion + and 4900 gems, is not back and I cannot find him. Had just bought package deal offered for gems/building and charms and now gone. Do i report to police, call in fraud at the bank. Lost no response to emails ???

You’ll need to click “Submit a request” at the top of the screen to contact Customer Service directly.

Been there before, but not lately. Does it have anything to do with where you live maybe? I had a problem in Boston before.
