I went to my city to collect my treasure box and coins and it was the time for the airplane to cross, but nothing happened. Yesterday, as well, my airplane came bur had the excact same number as the day before. Someone please look into it. Has anyone had the same thing happening? Thanks in advance.

The plane usually goes up 1 number each day and tells you how many days you have been on CW. Every 10 days you get a perfect Llama and every 100 you get a cute robot.

Thank you for replying Michael! Yes i know that’s why i was curious when nothing happened. At least for a while and then it came with the same day as the day before, but now it’s fixed. So problem solved!
The gifts, i pressume, depend on the city level, because i only get an orange star, or some passes…

What??? Do you have to be a Crown Level to get the planes. I only get them sporadically, never consistent. Anyone know the rules for this issue? THANK YOU.

The return to the game plane flies each day you are on the game and on the 10th day it drops a prize.

The plane goes over the same time every day or should do, i am from the UK and mine goes over at 8 a.m. I have had the same number days a few times, this last week i have had 1281 twice and 1284 twice, it sorts itself out eventually i am not really bothered about this. My thinking is the pilot cannot multi-task fly ✈ and count 1,3,6,5,4,2 at the same time 🤣 lol.
My husband thinks i have lost the plot because i wave at the pilot, if you do look closely he does wave back 🙋♀️

It should pass by every day because it counts the days you enter the game continuously and it gives you a gift every ten days and when you come for like 200 days, a year, two years and so on. You should definitely see if there is something wrong.

I presumed the days that count towards the attendance prizes were based on PST because on the 100,000 coin code on Facebook it always says “Offer expires at 11:59pm PST on (date)”
PST is 8 hours behind GMT (UTC) so the day changing on the UK at 8am makes sense. I have no idea if this is correct or not but I don’t see the city plane until after 8am either - perhaps we should check next weekend when we move our clocks forward to BST 🕑 🕒
