CREW members are a TEAM! Teams work together, JOINTLY. It should not matter whether only the top 5 are listed OR all members if you are working as a TEAM. We’re all busy. Some people can contribute more than others on any given week. The Team Leader should be assuring their members of this!! This is supposed to be fun. Make it that way, Leaders. ---

It’s important to remember that crew members play at different times of day or night across various time zones. So, it’s not unusual to find half your crew offline for 12 to 18 hours. People have jobs and families to care for. Some are retired and can play all day, while others only have an hour or two to spare. It might be seen as a red flag if someone has zero coins, hasn’t attended any parties, and has been offline for two days. After five days or more, it may feel reasonable to remove that member from the crew. ---

No one is forcing anyone to join a crew and disappear for days, but it’s fair for crew members to question why goals aren’t being achieved. ---

I have to somewhat agree with you @Frank_Estate for me, its mostly about seeing where I am, but also how the rest of my crew is doing. If, for example, one or two players are consistently contributing zero or only a few thousand coins, for whatever reason, the crew leader can now see their status and hopefully come to a decision on it. Being on a crew is about participation, but also accountability to that crew. If you can only contribute a small amount each time, message the owner and let him/her know this. That way, other crew members are not assuming your just a “no show” ---
