Absolutely! I agree with you, Elanor. I try to remind my crew that we are here in the crew to help one another and that we are a ‘‘TEAM’’. My crew is a mix of members with high Crown Levels, Low Crown levels and Milestoners (as I like to call them). I try to encourage those who are able to gift our Milestoners party passes, bldg bucks, and large charms to help the Milestoners grow in their game. Nobody is obligated to do anything except play their CW game as they have always played it. The main rule we have is absolutely positively zero drama. I would remove a player for shaming anyone who is not able to contribute more coins than someone else. Everyone that plays has a different way of playing, different games they enjoy and some are not able to spend a lot of money to purchase gems, bb, or pp’s…So I feel crews should be able to every now and again send them gifts to help them along. Nobody is obligated and nobody should ever feel ashamed for not making more coins that the #1 coin collector of the Crew…I agree remove the option for every1 to see who makes more or less in coins that their crew mates…
Who cares if you can see a list? Who cares if you contribute? My crew leader has contributed zero.. Who cares? I play for me. I would still play with or without a crew. It is just a bonus. Don’t be a sheep.
oops I meant I contributed zero LOL
Take all down or leave all up. The top 5 shouldn’t be up there either if all the rest are not.
I don’t agree with this. Most people were satisfied with the Top 5 - they just stayed silent until you added this new feature.
The most popular option BY FAR is to give the crew owner a choice what to show.
I wasn’t “satisfied” and I’m in the top 5 often. I say take them all down or leave them all up. It doesn’t really matter as long you play your game. You never have to look at the list.
Your feedback was passed along to the teams.
Ultimately, the teams can only work with requests that players decide to share with us. There were many requests to show all Crew members’ contributions, and this is why it was changed.
If players would also like an option to change between showing the top 5 contributors and all contributors, we’ll pass that along for the teams to take into consideration as well.
Imho, I believe the owner should have access to all team members’ performances. Showing the top five for everyone is fine and can be motivating.
The way I see it, no-one is ‘making’ anyone look at the list. Correct me if I am wrong.
You are correct and at my age and the times why does it really matter. Do we let others run our lives and beliefs. Nah too late and not playing their games. Thnk as one will we can still be friends, i refuse to let others influence my life fun or any aspect,. Butthats just me..This is supposed to be fun and a get away .One persons fun may not be anothers fun but also the way they eat a hamburger may not be either . We are all different , not clones yet. Enjoy tthe fun while we can.
I LOVE seeing the whole list of contributors – our team has a very wide range in their contribution numbers and there is no drama over it what-so-ever. We talk amongst ourselves and everyone is put at ease. If people have insecurities with their contribution levels, just talk to your crew for feedback and get your reassurances sorted out. It’s really not a big deal. I feel like all the back and forth about turn it off, turn it all on, give us options, we want this, we want that… that all feels like way more drama in this forum than what is actually happening in the crews about all this.
I like seeing the list, but for a bit of a different reason. I don’t care about competing or seeing who is or is not contributing, my interest is mainly in seeing how much I am contributing. Perhaps if there was a way for each individual to see their own contributions - at least that would be my personal preference. Regardless, unless the crews are competing against other crews for who finished first or highest score (higher rewards), there really is no competition involved (at least that I can see).
The crew I’m in finished the last challenge within 6 hours, and both DG and I came close to dead last lol! We didn’t even have a chance to warm our seats to try for it, but honestly, it really doesn’t matter.
Like @The_Best3 and @Ancient_Echoes mentioned, everyone has different schedules, budgets, and playstyles. As long as your crew communicates and supports one another, there’s no reason to feel self-conscious about numbers. It’s all about having fun together, cheering each other on, and enjoying the game at your own pace!
Buddy our world gets stranger each day and progresses each day. Peeps should just peace out instead of the opposite. Take care Love and Blessings always..
