Or at least since these decorations are bought, they should return some value just like buildings. In actuality the way they are designed, they are taking up the same space as a large building. ---

I have let our teams know about this issue, and they are currently taking a look. Do you currently have many buildings in storage? When you’re viewing your prizes, are you basing this off the message of “You have X number of prizes to collect” after you’ve collected your Coins? This will help our teams test for the issue. ---

Thank you and yes, I mainly go by the notification at the top of the screen. I do have stuff in storage as well over 1/2 my city there…none of the party venues or my 80 lions are giving me green boxes. Lions are in HMP… its been random for the last 3 days. Good morning, Samantha I hope this issue is being corrected and soon. I am losing income from my city daily. It is going on almost a week now; I’m cheated out of 5k passes and 1.5-2k gems a day. So far in total this has caused me to lose out, I am missing 35k passes and 10-14k gems. I host parties every night and I’m not able to do that now. City isn’t giving since I’ve added this decor, Low charms is what I am getting most of. I do have photos of the last few times on my profile in game. Is there any way to get this back? Will CW reimburse me what I’ve lost please? @cw2988 @ASHmazin @Goose_Rocks Did you ever get to the bottom of why your green box prize numbers reduced? Was it to do with the decorations or was it a coincidence? @Samantha Do decorations earn green prize boxes? ---

Decorations do not earn green prize boxes. Only buildings have this ability. ---

No, the problem still exists. My city green boxes decreased from 60-70 a day down to 20-30 a day. and the decor does not earn coins or boxes, strictly for decoration only. ---

My green boxes went down at the same time and I only have 6 decorations. I saw this thread and stopped buying them but still have a loss of at least 10 - 15 every 6 hours. ---

I believe I had a reasonably solid argument in the initial post I made. Prior to this post, there was a thread discussing a theory about “green box stacking”. I tested the theory with my own city and as a result had analysed in detail the green boxes I received with each city collection as outlined in the first post. (see [Maximizing Green Prizes with L4 Monuments - #97 by cw2988](https://forum.casinoworld.com/t/maximizing-green-prizes-with-l4-monuments/4423/97) ). The only way to confirm if decorations were the root cause of the observed issue is if the ability to delete decorations were added then I could check if the numbers change. Given this thread is 4 months old it doesn’t look like the feedback will be incorporated. I’ve just accepted it and moved on, I’m at an advanced level of game play and it doesn’t significantly impact my progress. After purchasing around 100 decorations I’d guess my green boxes are down ~25% but I’m possibly just getting a higher coin total instead? ---
