What gets me is that some of the biggest bullies from ago and even now begrudge others for their same antics. Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing. LOL

Nothing prevents Owners from doing exactly what U said. My guess would Be it’s because they spent Gems to form that Crew and therefore they have the right of ownership. On the other hand they take the Risk of underperforming teams or headhunting from other teams trying to obtain solid players from the team they formed. Ups and Downs of the Risk.
I’m not a fan of a system that lets nonperformers get promoted to Senior and Administrator roles, but I get that Vogue sees it as the owner’s right. Still, if a top performer gets booted from a crew, CW should let them transfer their points to another crew. And the crew that kicked them out should lose those points.
