That’s odd, it worked for me when I typed 4433-70E2-D35B-F505-55C1 in. Try again, take a screenshot of the message and submit a request for the technical team to sort it out for you ---

I’ll try to remember that. I select the FB post C&P and dump it here, they put all of the emojis in, I paste it with the pointing fingers in to the redeem code box, I back space the left and delete the right before hitting submit ---
