It looks like there is now a popup for ultraball lottery where the useful TB popup normally sits, is there any way to disable the popup for those that don’t play this?

I don’t understand why it says “Collect”. I clicked thinking I had a prize, and it’s just a link to the game. And it’s a gems for coins game, no thank you.
If you click “Later” it goes away, but comes back next time you login.
I wish there was a button that said “Never”. 😜

I opted for clicking ‘Later’ @cw2988 after it came up for the third time and it seems to have stopped it, for the time being at least. I’m presuming if they haven’t fixed the issue it’ll resume after I sign in next time

guess I must be psychic, logged out & back in and BINGO, lottery pop-up was there to greet me

@Elanor I wondered in my typically cynical British way if it was a ploy to try to get people into the game to tempt them to play but when it repeated itself continually I assume it’s a technical glitch

I wish there were a way to get rid of it. It keeps popping up all the time and I don’t play it. Guess CW is trying to get people to try it. Please get rid of the pop-up CW. It is annoying!!!

I don’t like the popup, either. I did click it the first time and it took me back to a drawing from months ago in which I hit some wins for a few million, which I hadn’t known about until today. I did get to catch up and collect that. I clicked the link another time and only got news of the upcoming drawing on the 15th. I had 2 gems left, so I bought one ticket. I don’t play the lottery on CW with any semblance of regularity, but I have been known to throw a few gems that direction on rare occasions. Still, I don’t need or want a constant reminder of the Lottery game.

This is incorrect. The information Casino World has to gather for this kind of pop up is for unclaimed winnings only. However, it’s pulling information for older lottery results by mistake. Like I mentioned above, the teams are aware of this issue, and they’re working on a fix as soon as possible.

@0_Fraggle CW and @Samantha has stated that the next update will have it fixed. For now, I just click “Later” and it solves it for this time. It will return the next time I log on. Its not an issue really. Just click “Later” and it should go away this session.

I had a follow-up email to say buying a ticket doesn’t work, you just have to dismiss the notification and that the fix is due 27th April
