Do you mean on the reward path? Daily challenges don’t give instant rewards other than points to continue along the reward path until it is completed
Nash Rivers — I don’t quite understand your reply to OldP52. It seems to me that he is saying he completed the daily challenges and presumably reached the next reward on the reward path. He seems to be saying that the reward was not delivered (2 free bronze spins). Your reply is very very confusing and doesn’t seem to apply to what OldP52 is conveying. Can you clarify?
Edit: Sorry Nash. After re-reading your comment I do understand now what you are saying. But it is not very clear for someone who may be new to the game.
Hi OldP53 – If you reached the next reward level on the reward path after completing daily challenges that gave you enough points to receive that reward, and it did not deliver the reward to you, you can submit a request for assistance at the top of this screen in the upper right hand corner. Just give the details of what transpired and customer support can look into the issue for you. You can also try logging out and back in, go back to the reward area and see if it opens for you. Make sure you have enough points to acquire that particular reward.
You can see your acquired points in the reward tab, upper left corner where it says September Points. I believe you need 420 points to open the box for the 2 bronze sea of riches coins. The reward road should tell you how many are required to open it. I hope this helps.
