How can I change the Avatar hair Color ?? I picked a different avatar & want to change the hair. TY

You can change hair, skin and eye color on a custom avatar. After clicking Create Your Own Look, the first screen there is a circle with pieces of pie of color. Click on that and this is where you can change the color. But in doing so you will be creating another custom avatar.

TY – I was not looking to create a new Avatar – I was to use the new outfit I bought but change the head to be my Avatar.
It still involves making a new avatar. You can create the new head style, then use the same outfit you already own. There is not a function to alter an avatar already made.

OH OK – How do I just make a new head style without having buy an outfit that page ?? I have 2 outfits with different heads – I want to use those – TY

Outfits that you have bought will show Owned in the upper left corner of the outfit. So start your new custom avatar picking out the hair style, color, skin tone, eye color. Then when you go to the outfits you would choose the ones you want to use that you already own. If the outfit happens to be one that the game assigned when you started playing, then that would not show up as an Owned outfit.

The 2 outfits I bought have check marks on the left corner. I did not see OWNED anywhere. I would like to change the head but use those outfits. To buy outfits on Custom they can be costly.
If you already bought something in the custom area, that won’t cost you again. You own that. The most you pay if you create a whole new avatar setup from those you already paid for will be only 50 avatar coins that CW charges just for completing an avatar. A different face would be free, but a new hairdo would not, and so on. While you build, you can even choose from different colors for hair, eyes, and skin tone without extra charge, as pointed out by @PB234.

Do you mean an outfit from this section of the avatars?
If you do then what you have purchased is a complete avatar rather than an outfit and as far as I know they can’t be customised

Yes, that section I have 2 outfits with different heads – I would like to just change the head & use that outfit. What is the next step ?? I am so so confused – TY 4 your help.
I think you’ll need to use the technical help option to find out if it is possible to do what you want to do.
Personally I don’t think it is, as I understand it you can only make changes with the options in this section of the avatars page.
If you submit a request to ask the technical team they will reply via email and I’m sure if what you want to do is possible they’ll explain how
