Does anyone know a good stratedgy for playing either of these games or are they just games of chance. Oddly, I feel like I win more bingos when I don’t use any charms. Is this just my imagination?

Good Question! On Roulette there are normaly 2 Challenges, WIN 100K and PLAY 3 ROUNDS! When you do these, MAKE Sure you have Charms Loaded before arriving to the Game!
On the 100K Challenge, I Load 4 Sets of Nectar (Helecopters or Champagne) work well too!
I quickly Select the 100K Bet.
Then I put a Chip on the 3RD/12 and 2ND/12 
I think this cames Close to 65% WIN Chance?
If you LOSE? Just “Last Bet” til you Complete! Your Charms will Pay you back if you Lose, When you WIN, LOL! 
Whats GREAT is if you also get a “WIN 150K/250K Challenge”, A WIN here Pays you 300K, LOL! 
So you win BOTH Challenges!
The Roulette “WIN 3 Rounds” Challenge can NET you MANY COINS if you got the Right Charms. 
I LOAD 4 Sets of Nectar, but Helecopters and Champagne works just as well. I dont change the Bet, leave at 1M per Chip.
1ST Round - I Put a Chip on 3RD/2ND/1ST - 12 Squares on Board for a 3M Bet. My Chance of Winning has to be over 95%? Right? YES for me, LOL! 
2ND ROUND - Click “Last Bet” and ADD a 1M Chip to the (3)2to1 Squares for a 6M Bet!
3RD Round - Click “Last Bet” then ADD a 1M Chip to the (6) Bottom Squares on the Table for a 12M Bet.
If you WON Any of the Rounds Above? You are Playing with THERE Money and Your Charms Paid you a lot?
Yeah, Those Pesky GREEN 0/00 Come along and RUIN Your BET, Sometimes? OMG, LOL! 
BUT, They are “FEW and FAR” Between!
You can “Cash-In” a LOT of Charms on this Game by “Playing the Table” like I said Above, But it Takes a LONG TIME! There are Much Better Ways than this! The “Fast Charms” do not work well here!
