Being stuck at CL 170 for months is like being all dressed up with no place to go.
I agree. It would take little time to add 30 as compared to 20. Let us whom has the coins benefit from our time and expense taken. Last time we kept hearing they were working on the next set of CLs. So far nothing concerning them. Come the next every other change Monday it will have been 5 months since CLs were added. This is the only request I have, well other than new L5s and extending mahjong to 20 mill max bet lol. Thank you Samantha work your magic.
The CLs are purposely added in this way to balance the site to limit the amount of gems available to players for obvious reasons. How many players currently exceed CL 170 compared to the total size of the player base, maybe around 0.1%, this affects a small number of very dedicated players.
For me I’m happy with the current pace as I’m at CL 155, should be close to CL 170 in a few months. If I ever do reach the cap I’d probably take a break from play and do something else. I’ve recently ticked over 8 trillion and if all the site is from now on is adding crowns then I’d probably look at retiring from active play at some point, 10 trillion is a nice round number for that 
I think I would have wasted my life if a few decades from now I was still playing at something like CL 1000 and 100 trillion 
This is incorrect. When players request new Crown Levels, we let our teams know, and they start working on them.
The delay is due to working new Crown Levels into already ongoing and scheduled projects for Casino World. I did check the progress on this, and it is being worked on right now. I don’t have an exact date on when they will be added just yet, but it will be in an update soon.

Samantha would you please ask them if they could add more than 20? maybe just this once? Not so sure why it would be hard to work into the schedule? Cut and paste from the previous. I’m sure no one would complain.
I’ll pass your request along for 40 Crown Levels to be considered, but this would have to be considered for the set of Crown Levels after the next 20 currently being worked on.
