Since June 3, my CW camera doesn’t keep the image until the camera box is closing, so all I get in the shot is a small rectangle of the view in the upper left corner (see the recent pictures in my photos). I can’t guarantee that I didn’t make an alteration on that day in my general Windows 10 settings that might have caused this, but I don’t know of any. Also, I did not load any new software.
Is anybody else having this issue? Has anybody else ever seen this effect?
I’ve had this issue. It’s a cookie/cache issue. Clear cache, try again.

I do remember when this was happening to me using FireFox, and someone told me to make sure my “zoom” setting was set at 100%. After changing that it has worked just fine. I don’t know which browser you use but maybe try this and see if it helps!

Well, I spent hours yesterday clearing my cache and temporary files and doing a deep clean on my hard drive. With all that I did manage to remove all my automatic logins and other labor-saving shortcuts, but my photos still come out showing only the few pixels in the upper left corner. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

I just now went to Ask a Question and talked with Mint45 (2 p.m., mt). Mint suggested that I reset the screen to 100% and then Refresh the Game page. That worked. Evidently I was in the wrong place to reset the screen to 100% when I tried that before, Smoke. Thanks for the input.
