It’s the red evening dress called “Sunset Soiree Ochre” for 3,500 avatar tokens (= 499 gems) - which is the exact same red evening dress as “Sunset Soiree Ruby” that I got a while ago for only 1,400 avatar tokens (= 79 gems). It’s possible they meant to change the color to something more burnt orange since “ochre” is often a brown/orange/red color.

i could be wrong so dont hold me to it, you’ll have to check with @Samantha for clarification but they did the same thing on 7 Seas, made a mistake selling the same red dress for two seperate prices, i have a feeling its the same thing here

they did the same thing at 7 seas.. i paid 700 for it and its also on there for 1350.. again tho the prices here are double what is over there…
Thank goodness CW finally changed the color on the 2nd red dress from red to ochre. However, I talked to someone who bought both red dresses and she still has not gotten 499 gems back for paying for the 2nd red dress @ 3,500!
The issue was with the display of the outfit. If you purchased a color you didn’t want, you’ll need to submit a request for Customer Service to assist.
On Bing/MS OS, every time I put in www.casinoworld.com or:

This has NEVER happened to me before after using the Help forum! In order to login again, I had to use my Google OS instead (since I had not used it to go to the Help forum).
Not sure what is going on, but this is making me reluctant to go to the Help Center ever again!
