Hi CW Team / @Samantha, excellent choice to switch to Discourse. Love it! Thank you for the change, it’s so much easier to express, communicate, and collaborate than with Zendesk.
Never realize this existed, now I have to choose between Discord or Discourse for my projects lol…

Hi. I’m unfamiliar to what Discord or Discourse is? Can someone explain what it is to someone that is not as computer savvy as most. As well as how is it being used in CW. Thanks in advance.
As I understand it they are both software applications that are used to provide a communication forum - so in luddite terms the magic that means we get to talk to each other here
