Major site issues

I know I am not the only one experiencing this stuff as pretty much everyone you talk to here is having issues for the past few months and it keeps getting worse. i see people post about it here and usually they are told it is some issue on their end, it isn’t…we are all having issues and just here, no on other sites we are on. Something is wrong and haywire here and it would be great if it could be fixed. Here are the issues i am having:

  1. Site showing me offline all the time when I am online and I have my settings set to show me online. Sometimes I have to log off and come back 3-4 times before I show online again.
  2. People locating me and it taking them to a place that I am not and never have been. Example, I was in the lobby last night but when located it showed me in a party room for a 10X Beagle party and that is where it took the person who located me. I was never in that party and this is happening more and more.
  3. Constantly freezing and needing to re-load during parties. Missing out on charms tossed, prizes on the meter and the like because of it. This is happening more and more to everyone.

Mind you, there is the awesome glitch of showing everyone in different spots in the party rooms. Goodness does that cause a lot of drama and issues and that has been ongoing since the start of time, but seems to be getting worse and worse each day.

The thing is, all of these issues take away from what this site should be…a fun place to come and play games, socialize and relax and ultimately, have some fun. Tough to have fun when you are constantly dealing with site issues and they are getting worse, and all you are told is to check your browser to make sure it is current, or clear your cookies. None of those suggestions help the problems.

I have had the ‘check/clear your browser’ comment all too often….and that is not the problem at all.

I get a charge out of the “update your browser” suggestion as all modern browsers are self-updating.

I also regularly initially get double gems in my total when they come from green prize boxes that disappear so now if I get any from green boxes I log out and back in again to remove the duplicates - when you have a gem count like I do it’s easy to spot!
I also have problems if I join in too much in parties, and am frozen out if I type too many messages and/or dance a lot. Not dancing doesn’t bother me but not replying to people feels very rude
I also get direct come to the party messages that seem to be on a satellite delay as the party is over and the inviter offline by the time it pops up on my screen
I have new equipment and a high speed broadband connection and this is the only site I ever have significant issues on

I’m one of the lucky ones i guess, as it have little to no issues with logging in or game play on CW or 7 seas over the last 15 months I have been here.

I have been playing casino world for over 5 years now. And I love it. I live in Washington State which you do not except moneys for anything. I was wondering if you could bump me up to VIP. So I can continue playing the game I love so much. If I am not put to VIP I can not recieve more then half of my rewards. How am I suppose to upgrade to VIP if you will not let me pay? Please let me know ASAP. Thank you Dan Connery
