I have been told by a friend who is on the 7 Seas Flowplay site that as of today, there are numerous new outfits and accessories available at the store on their ship deck, including 4 colors of cowboy hats many have been waiting for since they first came out a year ago. Why can’t we have that store here too? We should have every available outfit/accessory in every color … why do we only get what the computer randomly selects for us, it’s not fair. Does Flowplay actually realize how much money they would make if we had this option? CW - please let us choose what outfits and accessories we want from all that you have!!
So sad that we weren’t offered ANY of the outfits/accessories that were available on 7 Seas at the Galveston port, they were really cool from what I was told. Really not fair that we don’t have more choices. Please fix this.
I’ve passed your feedback along to our teams.
Tracy, thank you for posting this concern regarding new outfits and accessories. I am on 7Seas and you are absolutely right to state they have better outfits. In CasinoWorld, my outfit selection is not so great. I usual get the old stuff and once in a while a new outfit will be available but if I do not purchase it that day, that moment, it is gone for a few months. Users should have the options to select from all outfits not small random selection, regardless if we have enough avatar tokens..
Frustrating that you’ll be offered an accessory one day, pass it by, then buy an outfit and the accessory is no longer available. CW, please put more consideration in offering complementary outfits and accessories.
I agree it’s frustrating that we don’t have the same accessory options as 7 Seas, but I suspect it’s a matter of game balance and ultimately a business decision. 7 Seas isn’t a tycoon-style game like ours; it focuses much more on the social cruise experience - pirate coves, collecting starfish, and maintaining a large fish tank.
That focus explains why they offer more robust accessory functions; it gives players a different way to progress since their payout economy is structured differently. In Casino World, our focus is on the tycoon side (building monuments and maximizing earnings), so the more limited outfit selection might be a trade-off for that higher payout potential.
I also think that if the developers make both games too similar, it might discourage people from playing both - they might just pick one and stick with it. From a business perspective, keeping them unique gives us a reason to keep participating in both communities rather than choosing one over the other.
From what I’ve seen, those fish tanks or the 7 Seas treasure boxes don’t seem to pay out as well as the treasure boxes we have here in Casino World. Does anyone know if increasing the fish tank size actually improves the treasure box payout in 7 Seas?
I played 7 Seas briefly, thought the fish tank was silly. I much prefer being able to create art in our cities.
However the 7 Seas fashion/avatar process is far superior. When you buy something, it goes in your closet. You don’t have to create a separate avatar to mix-and-match, it’s more realistic to my actual closet, full of a lot of choices and then I just pick what I want.
I like fashion games like Covet fashion, and I don’t mind spending gems on clothes, accessories and hairstyles. I would love to be able to add more options like shoes, nails, makeup, and body/face shapes, including eyes, nose and lips.
It would be nice to have a feature where you could upload your own photo or avatar and have the fashion editor get something close.
Yes, catching fish and leveling them up increases the Treasure Box rewards.
