Hasn’t that game been out for months? Now we know where Vegas Rick went. I thought I had him safely locked away in my basement but somehow he escaped and is in that game reel.

I was thinking the same thing! This slot has been around for awhile now. 
If you are VIP’s, it isn’t new. But for the non VIPs, it is.

I am not a VIP and this slot game has been around for at least 2 months.
Why would cw create a game exclusively for VIPs and not promote it as such? Makes no marketing sense.
They do that on Vegas World. Elite and VIP’s get new games before the rest.
