Might be a silly question, but if somebody is permanently banned, why are they allowed to come back onto the site with another avi? Seems like that defeats the point of the ban. Just curious is all. Thanks.

If you see a previously banned player with a new account, report them, and we can take a look.
Since the acct would be blocked at the email level, all they would need to do is create with a new address. Names can be deleted, reused, I have deleted a toon and made a new one with the same name. The question is how can you be sure that if the names the same, the player behind it is a blocked one and not someone who picked the name at random. Sadly this problem goes back decades since the start of internet gaming in the late 80’s. No one has come up with a way to permanently block a player, they will always find a way if they want to. In the almost 40 years I’ve played going back to dos based internet gaming, there hasn’t been multiplayer game I’ve played where this hasn’t been an issue.
Best you can do is notify a gm/tech that you think the person is one that should have been banned and let them investigate. In the meantime avoid that person the best you can.
