Pinguin game had pop up screen that bloced me from interacting but could see game still accruing winning chips. I had a total of over 450 MILLION in the Bonus Game but unable to collect due to the pop up screen that disabled the playing game in background. Please replace my total winnings of around 450 Million Chips! Thank you.
@Stella4430 - the advice from CW employee extraordinaire @Samantha would be to click on the Submit a Request button in the upper right.
For issues in the Slot games, your winnings are determined as soon as you begin a spin. This includes winnings from any free spins you get. You then just see the animation of the game playing out.
If the game is interrupted for any reason, your winnings would still be added to your account.
