Yes you can bet up to 10million per spin on any slot. Go to your settings and choose high roller.

You do however have to have 10billion coins to choose high roller option.

As Capt Crow says, when you hit 10 Billion coins, the bet scaling option will show up for you under Game Settings. You can then choose high roller.
