It has been since January that SoR had double prizes on all wheels. I saw that Samantha said they haven’t got rid of it, but it usually didn’t take three months to come up again. Any ideas?

There was a 3 month gap last time. Maybe that’s the new normal.

I’m getting to the point that I don’t mind waiting, my spins just build up and when it does come along I just have to wait longer to finish playing

It used to be about 6 weeks between 2X day, it would seem that they have at least doubled that gap. I suspect that this is related to members not purchasing spins. However, there are other solutions to that..

You cannot buy them if you have some saved up for 2X day.

If you do buy them they play immediately. You cannot save them.

There are days when spins are on sale. You cannot take advantage of the offer if you have some saved (see above)

Why not extend the sales on spins to gifts as well? This would definitely increase sales.
Curious that this happened - I don’t recall if I’ve seen a game promotion coincide with that game being a new monthly challenge on the same day
Ah well, I have more than enough free spins saved up waiting for a double prize day, might as well get it done

Ya pretty easy. Knocked mine with the Bronze spins in 10 minutes. Got to save all my gold spins for later.
The rewards are so chinzy that it has been a long time since SoR has been remotely appealing to me. They should scale the rewards to reflect MS/CL.
I knocked mine out on bronze spins. No biggie.

I was lucky enough to get free spins whilst using free bronze spins so it was really quite painless and my golds are safe for a double spin day
Has there ever been a 3X mega Gold and a general 2X prize promotion in the same month?
I’ve already tried 7 times with bronze spins and have only gotten free spins once. I’m going to hold off hoping for the 2X before the month ends.
The challenge counts the actual number of free “spins” rather than just the initial trigger free spin prize. There is usually a number next to the free spin prize indicating how many spins you won, if you land a free spin with a “4” or higher next to it, you will actually complete the entire challenge in that single hit.
I got a “3 free spins” but only counted as 1 on the challenge for me
Hey Nash That’s odd! I might be mistaken lol but that is definitely what I noticed across the few accounts I used to complete the challenge. Maybe it’s a bit inconsistent, but I’ll keep an eye on it!
That’s not how it worked for me. I had to hit 4 different free spin prizes of various sizes.
You both are probably right - I just realized it’s probably because I hit free spins multiple times in one round lol. I wasn’t even looking, just spinning until I got the challenge. My bad!

I burned fifteen gold spins (75 actual spins) and one silver and I never hit a single free spin. I quit and switched challenges.
That kind of challenge is why I always stashed my Bronze spins even on x2 days. I used three Golds just because it was “Mega” prize coin day and got a 4th blue fish for 60 mil. Wheee!
