Hi there, if you are like me and like to play on your cell phone (I have an iPhone 16), listen up. Eventually you will not be able to get onto CW. It happened Thursday night. It was hit or miss, then it reached a point where I couldn’t get in at all. So I contacted our Helpdesk. In the interim I did lots of research and tried many different “fixes” that didn’t fix at all. I found a website that suggested I perform a HARD RESTART, not just turning your phone off temporarily (not volume up, volume down, off button), but actually turning it off completely. Mine comes up with a sort of swipe here to turn off. I did it. AND IT WORKED. I’m back in business and don’t have to go upstairs to the desktop catch treasure boxes, or more importantly, go to the parties I love. The fix worked. I hope it does for you too.
