Wait for the mail to come but do not open yet.
Create a screenshot before you open the mail.
Note the coin total.
Open the mail and click on the claim in the email.
In the Sports Bet game take another screenshot.
Note the coin total in your bank.
If the first and second screenshot show the same total and you had a winning bet
Come to the forum and click the submit a request up on the top of the page.
Explain the problem and attach the two screenshots.
Thats really the only way to verify its working correctly.
I doubt thats what you want to hear, but I’ve spent almost every day debugging the game since I started two months ago, and This will speed up the process. Let the devs verify its wrong or not, the screenshots should guarantee a refund if you’re correct.
I have been noticing 3 card acting up myself where it’s not properly paying out but its an odd duck. Sometimes it pays correctly other times you get shorted by the amt you ante. But it only seems to occur in multiplayer mode that I’ve noticed.
CW has multiple version of the app available, one each from apple and google stores. Now if you download the Edge browser version which they refer to as the microsoft version, its not the same as the app you can find in the Microsoft/Windows store. Even pricing is different. Although the M/WS version works it experiences bugs that aren’t there in the browser version.
So make sure that the request includes where you got the app from.
hope that helps, don’t know if I’ll be around much. I’m currently in limbo with my issues, and it looks like I might just cancel my acct because they can’t fix my version of the app.
Hope this gives you a way to confirm one way or another whether you’re being credited your wins.
For Sports Bet
If you go into the game while the game you bet on it will list it as On Now in yellow
After the game is over it will change to Pending in blue
Then approximately 1 hour later it will change to either Win in Green or Red in Loss
If you watch when you first enter the game and it has already change to Win, you can see the coins being added to your total. You can also do as suggested, write down what your coin total is before playing the game and if you won you can see the coin total is now increased.
Of course if you had a Loss, your bet was deducted immediately when you made it so it does not change any further.
And if the win didn’t add to your total when doing it this way, logout of the game then log back in and it should add to your total. It just happened to me. When I clicked Play in Sports Bet and it opened, I saw a game marked as a win but my coins did not increase. So I logged out and logged back in and it was then added to my total.
