The City is kind of a game in itself. Building collections, different ways to design can take time and patience. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT, PERHAPS AS A BUILDING TO PURCHASE, A SIGN THAT SAYS “UNDER CONSTRUCTION” OR “CONTRUCTION AREA”. They could resemble the triangle / stripe signs on the highways or regular signs. Maybe it will encourage more activity and/or raise awareness to build the City for newbies. That’s it. I know what you mean. Maybe the signs could be included under the Decoration tab? Imho, some My Cities look like disaster zones while others are breathtakingly dazzling. My City is under constant construction. I laid out a primary design and constantly replace buildings that I sacrifice for monuments.
I agree. I posted awhile ago about having Decorations for our cities and I am SO glad that CW is actually going to do that!
Like @HoneyBadger said, my city is like a game in itself. Designing it, building, evolving and trying to keep some kind of “end-result” in my mind. A sign that says “Under Construction” or…one that says “Coming soon” would be awesome!
My suggestion to CW before about decorations was about street lights, trees, bridges, etc. I hope these are what they will offer to us.
