Why did I lose money in my Liar’s Dice standings? I was at 1B and now am not -why-I like a reason and if AI corrects this then I want a letter of reason
As I understand it, the Leaderboard resets at the start of each week @RubyTuesday1126 and the default view is “This week (M-Sun)” but you can change the view to see a different time period if you want to

It changed today -It was at 1b today then changed today - I just want to know why and why cw did not report this change to me
Then you should raise a request with the customer services team using the function top right of this page
No I want clarfication for all to see -if AI or a person makes a mistake- I want all to see LOL
Why was there a computer change?
This is a user forum and there’s no guarantee that anyone from the technical team will see what you posted here; the moderators probably will but will tell you to submit a request too.
If you submit a request you’ll get a response by email and if you think it’s something we all should know you can copy and paste what they tell you into this thread.

I believe machine/computers not humans change data on this site -humans don’t have time to do. Thus computers can also read my post and explain to me why AI/computers/machines changed my data.

AI isn’t used for the Leaderboard results. All of your winnings, including payouts from Charms, are calculated to appear on the Leaderboard.
If you’ve lost Coins in Liar’s Dice, this would affect how your score looks on the Leaderboard. The only time the Leaderboard will look odd is when an update is released to Casino World on Mondays. However, yesterday wasn’t an update day.
You are free to contact Customer Service, but we have no way of looking into Leaderboard results since it’s done automatically.
