Wrong avatar is being shown

I purchased a new avatar about 3 Weeks ago, but the correct one is not being shown, why is that?

make sure you click on the new avatar to change into it @mrish

click on avatar and another dialogue opens

the avatars tab is the pre-made ones and the custom tab shows ones you have made for yourself. The one that is being used is the one with a tick
