CW will claim it is not happening, I will try to get a screenshot, but the game registered the first valid 3 times winning win towards the challenge, but now, after approximately 50 more games, with the SAME bet and pair plus bonus bet it won’t register the wins towards the challenge. I will reset and start again, but I fail to understand why CW never acknowledges these things happen. In the real world, when one makes an error, one acknowledges, apologizes and amends… character, dignity, respect.

I just payed and it didn’t register any of the games to the challenge , Thats really unfair …Had to win 3x my bet and did that at least 9 times

I had no problems. Your winning hand has to be a straight or better (a pair won’t do it). Fold on any hand that is not at least a straight or better.

I still have not won a challenge. I realized though that the win amount does NOT include your original bet. Thus a 10k bet would be 40k win, not 30k.
if u bet 1k and win 4k should be a credit 2 ur challenge ,I hit this multiple times and no credit , so I booted the challenge.

It is 3 x your total bet (not per hand) - I bet 1000 per hand and my pairs at 25000 -and agree don’t bet on low cards
Straights or better, that’s ridiculous, any Ace is good, obviously the higher the kicker the better. I have won a lot of $ in 3 card poker and a small percentage of the hands were straights or better.

Read the rules. As I recall, they are a bit different than regular 3-car poker.
I had a problem with the first two wins that were 3x my bet not registering, so the counter showed 0. However on the 3rd 3x bet win, the message came up saying the challenge was complete and the counter showed 3/3. Very strange.
If you are betting a bonus, say 5m base, 5 mil bonus…your actual bet if you have a pair is 15m base not 10. so you’ll need at least a flush with the dealer having a Q or higher. There is a total bet, on the lower right, and the total winnings will need to show 3x the total bet. You don’t win as much if the dealer doesn’t get at least a single Q. It took me a few wins before I caught this. I think and don’t quote me, when playing multiple hands they may expect you to make 3x the combined total, similar to how roulette challenges work…you’re better making 1 bet than multiple. I haven’t had enough 3 card challenges to make a definitive conclusion. Hope this helps clear it up a little
Last night I started noticing that they payouts seemed off, or the graphics were glitchy. I kept noticing whether the dealer qualified or not, it would only show chips won as if the dealer didn’t qualify (I couldn’t verify if the chips matched the total and crossed checking whether the payout was correct, too much time and I removed the screen capture function.) Not sure if this is because I downloaded the app from the microsoft store and not google or apple. But thats was what I concluded was wrong with my version of the app. I’m still waiting on a response from my bug report.
Dont know if this meshes with what you’ve witnessed, just my observations.

i noticed again last night, in one version of the app, that a 5000 bet no pair plus bet paid 10k for a win. This is supposed to only happen when both the dealer doesn’t qualify and the player doesn’t qualify. However I’ve seen the dealer get a Q,9,3/ player had a K,10,6. 5k bet paid 10k to the player. In that situation the payment should have been 15k total to the player not 10k. I’ve seen this happen multiple times, yet at some point you’ll start getting paid correctly. Only verification method is a video clip. At first i just thought it was a graphics glitch, much like where the dealer wont show its hand at all, or it’ll show 1 card for the dealers hand and you don’t really know whether you should or should not have won. I’m tired of trying to fix everything especially when I’ve spend 40 to 60% of the time just trying to get my current issues resolved.
Anyway I’ve noticed this multiple time over the last two weeks and finally was able to verify the totals were off for wins.

Started happening again last night on multiple players table. I bet 1m/1m, got dealt a pair, dealer had an ace. I won 2m(displayed 2 1m chips, and displayed total won as 2m)…shouldn’t it have been 5m? I wish it the issue was more consistant where I could get a short video.
