I have the app on my phone and it will not load. Is there a problem with it? I need it up and running by Sunday

I am on an Samsung S23 Android phone and the app has always worked well for me. I check it many times a day while at work

Galaxy A13 5G I have had the on here for quite some time with no problems.
Well all of a sudden it started working. Hope it continues
