I Believe the way to go in Crews in order to give some 5 person teams a chance to reach the Stretch goal is to Gather 3-5 good 5 person teams into a group of 15-25. Then sit back and smell the Roses as you obtain your Stretch Goals. Just Saying, its an option. Think outside the box. Have Fun
