CW Application for cell phones

Hello,
I am a user of CW’s cell phone application. Although I love using it I am now having an issue. For weeks I was adle to rotate my cell phone to accommodate the game on my phone now the game will not rotate for me. I NEED IT TO ROTATE, PLEASE… For instance, the keyboard will pop up when I want to chat/whisper and as I am trying to speak or type something, the keys/ buttons /or cell phone features at the bottom of my phone are in the way, which in return causes me to fall out of the game due to accidentally clicking those cell phone features. Now when the game allowed me to rotate my phone I could just rotate and those cell phone features would not e in the way and I could type/whisper, chat with my pop up keyboard ut now I cannot.
IF THERE WAS AN UPDATE THAT MAKES THE GAME NOT ROTATE ANYMORE, FOR GOODNESS SAKES PLEASE UNDO THAT UPDATE. It is rather annoying and aggravating and discouraging for me.
Please help me CW developers.

I’ve gone into Casino World in both the mobile app and through the browser on a mobile device, and the game rotates the way it’s supposed to.

What kind of mobile device are you playing on? Do you have the model information?

Samsung and it did rotate for me for a long time, then suddenly stopped…i think i’ll turn my cell off and on again to see if that helps. If it’s working for you then it should work for me as well,
