Put it on auto-spin for 1000 and go do something else for an hour. Come back and all done. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

This took me like 30mins on one char and 40mins on the other. Autospin on 1,000 I was doing stuff at work when I went back it was done. Just like GoldNugget said.

No, it really does mean 33 times - I played on auto spin too, around 600 spins but I notched up 5 new achievements whilst doing it with additional coin value totalling 623,000 over the game winnings so not a total wash out

I was able to take my REAL dogs for a walk and make breakfast while the challenge was on auto-spin. I wish they had auto-spin for the stupid Pirate War game.
