Dress code?

When playing Texas Hold’em I have noticed that there are mostly “standard” avatars playing and sometimes players are annoyed with my appearance :thinking::tulip: Do not want to offend or disstract people playing such a serious game :wink: so my question should I change before playing?

I only play Texas Hold 'em for challenges, and yes, I do put on a “special” poker face when I play. May be why many poker players have blocked me. lol

Poker may be a serious game, but we are not at a casino winning real money. Serious or not, we are here to have fun, so you have your fun any way you choose as long as you aren’t bullying anyone or being mean in any way :slight_smile: Good luck!! Just my opinion :slight_smile:

@GoldNugget 100% correct!!! Have fun and do what you want, unless of course some1 wants to pay for my sub, then ill do what others want lol. Dress code lmao gtfo with that stuff. Its all for fun.

I play texas Hold’em mostly for challenges and honestly, I dont care what anyone has as an avatar. For me, its about the game and not about “Fashion Police”

You could come as a ghost, i dont care! If you play texas Holde’m and THAT distracts you, then you should honestly find a new game!

I, too, play Texas Hold 'Em almost exclusively on challenges. I always play the bottom level, as THE is not my game. Since that level is attended a lot by newbies, I do usually change into one of the original avatars just so I won’t stand out so much, but as @Elanor and @NashRivers said, all is fair when it comes to avatar presentation in there. If somebody gets distracted by an outlandish costume, they should find a game where they don’t have to worry so much about being spooked by appearances. Good luck and have fun, y’all!
