Flaming or Steam?

Can someone please help me? I can’t tell the difference between a flaming TB or a Steaming one. Sorry!

Can someone please post pics of the difference?

The only one that seems to hold true are the bubbling boxes with lightning going through the middle. Always seems to hold party passes but those are few and far between. Iv’e found that all the rest are pretty much random and you can never tell what the prize will be.
