That’s why I always bet only 1k on these kinds of slots challenges. I often end up having to complete 200 or 300 spins before I get the bonus round or free spins or whatever the challenge is. 
I never played Derby Dolls, and I didnt like the bad odds on winning, but I did get 15 free spins after about 15 spins, made something like 50 M coins on 1 M ante.
Completed the Challenge and moved on!
