BINGO: Trying to play and keep freezing up. WHY??

I keep getting freeze in the middle of the game. I have lost over 200,000,000 dollars or more by this happening to me… I asking this gets fixed as it is a glitch in the systems, I v had black jack when this has happened to me. ITs probably close to $350.000,000,000.
I was on black jack classic. I place my bet and waited. after trying another options of black jack after few minutes. It told me to contact customer service. ON THIS ISSUES… I had 25,000.000. million bet. Again it told me to contact customer service… Please refund my money back to my account as to this issues… Thank you…
