I completed everything, but am unable to collect the giveaways for completing all goals. Anyone else having the same issue?

A. You are playing the November holiday game.
B. You completed a few of the achievements and haven’t found the prize?
C.Did you click on fringoals above the players names?
D.Inside you have to Fringoals you have to click on each goal to collect the winnings.
Else you actually finished all the Fringoals, and are looking for the gift for finishing everything
If the latter is true, wow congrats, you’ll need a screenshot of it and Hit Submit a Request (https://casinoworld.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
from there CW will look into it.

So I completed all of the challenges in the “Fall is in the Air” Fringo and when I went to click on the rewards it showed a gold bowl of fruit but did nothing else. I was unable to collect the rewards. I reported it to the help desk but nothing so far has been done about it. Please report this if it has happened to you as well.
Yes has happened to me too today. Have reported this to customer service who say I need to update my brower ?? No, this is a glitch of some kind. They need to fix it because there are LOTS of us trying to win this event!

Its fixed! Got coins, a bunch of charms and some power ups!
It seems as if several people are having trouble collecting the rewards. I just finished all the fringoals and had no trouble collecting the rewards.

Not fixed. I even tried it on my phone. Nothing.
I just finished the fringo fall is in the air challenge and I also have not received the rewards, I just inquired to help and they stated there is a glitch that they are working on. So lets see if they do!
OK It worked today! Gift Box was: 1 Roast Turkey, Pumpkins (2c), French Onion soup, 10 Red Chips (1c), 1 Chopper, 1 Beagle
