“special” golden monuments …why not evolve??
I evolve them using enough “Common’“ monuments to evolve a rare monument into a l next Tier one.
For example, if I get a rare Tier1 (L7) monument, then i will evolve that one with 2 city view hotels and one Diamond Hall. That will give me a rare golden L2 (Tier 10). I will then evolve that one with 9 common L2’s to make a golden L3 (Tier 15), etc. For me, i tend to hold them at that level

FWIW @ponder and there’s no scientific research gone into this but the yellow monument bit of my city seems to generate more party passes than the other monument bits

Eddi Bets, yellow monuments cost the same as regular monuments and generate the same passes as regular monuments.

I actually prefer the light blue Gem monument over the gold one but i will have a mix
