One other note … this event seems much more weighted to show some fruits in a single game 6 (or more) times through the 50 fruits. No fruit is ever needed more than 3 times in the course of any single game.

Given the complete fiasco of this Halloween Fringo challenge, CW should give every player who participated 100 free power-ups. Ones we can use in the challenge. It would at least give a little compensation to the frustration of losing and wasting gems to buy power-ups on a game of which the goals couldn’t be won.

I so agree with you Brondie. I have used at least 50 power-ups and it seems like I mostly rank around 12 or below. My power-ups are mostly 2x bet line, I haven’t seen these new power-ups? Totally frustrating for sure!
When there’s not more than three of any fruit type to daub WHY ARE THERE FOUR OR MORE(?) APPEARING ON THE TRACK???
I’ve got 7 full Fringos so far, I’m sure I’ll get to the 13. I buy of whole bunch of power ups, go to a lesser Fringo game that can’t use Fireworks, use up every other kind of power up, and head into the Halloween game with nothing but Fireworks. It’s costing a lot of gems to do this, but it’s the easiest way.
Doesn’t seem worth all the trouble. I officially Quit the Halloween game this morning. I’ve blown way too much time and Power Ups for TWO full daubs
i have been playing multi fringo games daily and this challenge cannot be done unless you have vip status and not on a fixed income to be able to afford buying mega gems
I agree Tara, it’s very, very strong textfrustrating**! Would have loved to complete the challenges but have also no choice in the matter, I am mere tourist in the big CW and don’t have the money to buy my way out. Am curious however how long it took for Roland to finish & and at what costs!
I finally finished, probably cost me close to 2,000 gems in buying power up packs to get enough fireworks. The reward of coins and charms nowhere equals the cost. On the other hand I did complete all of the achievements on some of the lesser islands when I was burning through all of the power ups I didn’t want popping up on Halloween Island.
If I could ask, roland_black, what were the charms awarded when you completed the final achievement of the 13 fully daubed games. After probably 400 games, I finally got to 6 fully daubed games to collect the lantern. I bought around 1000 gems, but then i wound up with so many of the X3, magnetize and steals that I was never able to get enough time to use those up in the other islands. Just wondering if the final charm was something unique to the special game. I usually try to collect at least one of every charm I can find, but this special definitely missed the mark in a positive experience because of the poorly designed features in it.
Yes, it was unique. There were 3 different kinds of Jack-O-Lanterns and maybe some other stuff I’ve seen before. I took a screenshot, but I can’t seem to find it.
Well, after using well over 600 power-ups and close to 2000 gems, I finally completed the Halloween Fringo challenge. Gems would have been a nice gift for completing.

I did it. I started the very first day it was available, and it took me all the way until October 30th, but I got it done. I received sweet rewards, and I think it was 300,000 coins. It ate away at my power-ups but was well worth it, IMO.
