Obtain new themes?

I have seen others with Themes that I want but missed out on. Notably the snow theme. I started with Tropical and never use it anymore. Cloud was a Reward track End prize and Casino night was given out by CW. That’s all I have.
I’m willing to pay for others and some buildings I missed too. The Geodesic dome is a huge want.

I would like the snow theme too! Especially now for the holidays!
A winter scene dressed for the holidays with twinkly lights etc would be an awesome reward in December’s challenges. I guess it’s short notice for this year but could you feed that back please @Samantha for the future?

I have noticed that peoples cities have different grounds under the buildings. How do you get something other than grass.
As far as I know other city themes are only available when CW provides. I think in the past they’ve been a reward on the VIP trail. I have a night theme which was a surprise gift from the game probably over a year ago now
