Why do some cities have ' dark ' buildings ?

some big cities looks like they have lights on some of them yet some are ’ in the dark ’

There are themes you can get from the challenge rewards. Here are two examples: my city with the Cloud Theme and the Casino Night Theme:

I’ve been playing CW for 2.5 years, and I’ve only seen the theme VIP challenge reward twice.

I too have been on for the same amount of time as Elanor, and have seen the VIP reward of a “theme” for our city twice. My favorite is the Cloud theme. I love the little rainbows that are shown throughout. I would love to see more themes available as rewards sometime soon. I believe I’ve seen a players city that has a snow (winter) theme which I would love for Christmas time.

I have been here 5 years, and I have 8 themes for my city. Maybe put in a request they may add more in challenge road. It would be nice just to get solid bright color ones too

Wow! 8 different themes in 5 years? Do you mind sharing what yours are @APRIL_DIAMOND_62? Would love to see screenshots if at all possible! I agree, I’d love to see solid bright color themes along with maybe some holiday themes for Valentine’s Day, 4th of July and Christmas for example.

I guess the rainbow and lightening are things “you see in the clouds”! Not sure about the bottles tho - LOL

Eight themes? Must be nice. I have three. Back to the seniority have and have nots too bad, so sad battle.

Do remember there were different people running CW few years back, I started in 2020 the old owners did things different added things more often it seemed. The city themes should be available for all past and present same as all the pets we have gotten, in some kind of shop at least, Come on CW, let’s make that happen :wink:

Casino World has always been managed by Flowplay. The company that owns Flowplay has not made any changes to the game.

I was not stating no changes to the game, I said seems things are not added as much as it used to be like city themes,etc
