Try this. Click on the link circled in red [image] Enter your character name “Calvin Pyne” instead of your email. [image] [image] Click “send” afterwards and you will get a link via email to log in. That is your email partially redacted. [image] Check your email from casinoworld and click link provided to login without password. If that doesn’t work then you would need to work with someone at CW.

yes, sometimes my laptop will make me log back in… so if i cant remember any of my info, it will send me the magic link, where i can just log in faster. If that doesnt work, use the SUBMIT A REQUEST button at the top right, and they can help you privately .
