I can’t log into my account

Hey Clavin, I believe that when CW updated two days ago, everyone was logged off and the city rankings were reset essentially, all login cookies were invalidated. As a result, you’re probably playing as a guest after selecting the initial free avatar. Simply log out of the guest account and log back in using the email you originally signed up with. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can either use the magic link method or click “forgot password” to reset it.

It tells me I can’t log into this account

It ells me I can’t log into this account and when somebody searches my name it says that player can’t be found

You’re still on my friends list. Best to submit a request to CW.

I put your name in and it found you so I sent a friend request as a test

I even tried to change my password it has a arrow pointing to my email saying can’t log into this account go to help section. I have put a request in nobody responded

Try this.

  1. Click on the link circled in red

  2. Enter your character name “Calvin Pyne” instead of your email.

  3. Click “send” afterwards and you will get a link via email to log in. That is your email partially redacted.

  4. Check your email from casinoworld and click link provided to login without password.

If that doesn’t work then you would need to work with someone at CW.

I still can’t log in and CW has not responded they send me emails telling me to collect gems but yet I can’t get in. Samantha if you read this can you help me out
