Try this. Click on the link circled in red [image] Enter your character name “Calvin Pyne” instead of your email. [image] [image] Click “send” afterwards and you will get a link via email to log in. That is your email partially redacted. [image] Check your email from casinoworld and click link provided to login without password. If that doesn’t work then you would need to work with someone at CW.
