Is there a way to save inbox messages without having to keep them in your inbox? There are some messages I’d like to save for good and be able to delete the others in bulk.
If you are talking about the game, they will disappear from the inbox after a month or so. Also, they can’t be copied like a document. For message I want to save, I take a screen shot, paste the image into chatgpt and ask it to make a text file of the image. Then I cut and paste the text to a google doc file that has all the messages I deem important to me.

I haven’t tried saving messages but I have found messaging via the help forum to be a better experience, including copy and paste options, adding images etc - I wonder if the main site messaging could be moved to the same platform.

Hi @Cathylee, you can actually save them! Just click the star next to the message you want to keep. That will save it indefinitely so it doesn’t get deleted after 30 days

If you are on Windows, try using PowerToys (available in the Microsoft Store). It has a tool called Text Extractor that lets you grab text from anywhere on your screen using the shortcut Windows + Shift + T. It saves you the step of pasting into ChatGPT! No idea why Microsoft doesn’t include it by default! There are a lot of other powerful tools in there too like fancy zones, mouse without borders (Virtual KVM - Microsoft Garage origin) batch renamer, key remapping etc..
