The screen keeps going black, Game freezing or not loading at all. Ever since the new tournament games been having tons of issues.

The only issues i have been having are with the tournament games themselves freezing up constantly. I thought it was my connection, but when i switched to my andriod tablet, it was freezing up on there as well. When i played the regular slots, nothing froze and everything ran fine for me

Sme problem in slot tournament. The slot will continue to spin. Have to close game out, sign back in and hit the resume tab.

Yes!! Screen blacks out in a flash and comes back up. Also freezes up all pages. Have to go out and reload! I thought it was my computer. Hope this can be resolved soon!!

i was having so much trouble, i said forget it, i’m not playing anymore…. besides.. the odds are horrible.

I find the tourneys to be super glitchy, but I’m having fun playing them. I hope they stick around. However, I won’t play the ones that cost gems. I’d rather keep building my city.

Horrible way 2 play keeps refreshing losing stuff
Frusterating! Either the game won’t let me log in because it says my email (that they send emails to me CONSTANTLY with) is incorrect or, if I do manage to get in via the “magic link” that they, ironically send to the email they say is incorrect, games won’t load or I get the refresh error page. It’s been going on for two days now. I can hardly play anything on it now without the error page popping up.
