I may be a cynical old Brit who doesn’t care for nor use the pet rewards but even I have to ask CW “What are you thinking?”
In this of all years, why is this pet so far along the rewards line that it could not be reached on or before the 4th of July?
Can you ask for us please @Samantha?
Unless there’s going to be a reward worth hundreds sprung on us all tomorrow …

The Charming Celebration message isn’t related to the pet for July. Our teams are working to fix the blank message now.
For the pet, Customer Support can’t often answer the “why” questions for what the developers decide for the game. The most we can do is pass along your feedback.

Our bald eagle pet might look like an afterthought, as in “Gosh! It’s July! Shall we make a special pet for the 4th on the Gold Brick road?” At least, it’s well in time for 251 and any other national patriotic holiday. Happy 250th to US. Stay safe and well!

this one doesn’t even appeal to me now being it is for the 4th. A plain eagle would be better. I personally would love to see those big dragons, elephant, koala, kangaroo, monkey, or other unusual animals instead of cat, dogs etc. I do like getting a pet for challenges a little sooner would be good though. Ty for reading this.

I had same problem - blank screen. But it was to reference the free balloon charm that appered in your inventory.
