When there are issues like that, you should submit a request. Hope you get them back!
I am missing a lot of charms. I have played for over 5 years and know how things work. Message Cassino World and they said that doesn’t happen - said I must have used them all. I had so many that should have lasted a kong tine. I responded to them to indicate, respectfully, I disagree.
I am missing over 10,000 gems! I did not use them for game play. Awaiting a response from CW. Has anyone else had this occur, and if so, was there a resolution that satisfied your loss?
Wow i just lost about 3500 planet charms .. I’m in your boat WTF
i have lost all the charms from my city pressed collect and they just dissapeared.
i have lost all the prizes from my city.
