I was just going to start playing Fringo, and had just obtained my charms from my city, and I hadn’t even played the board yet and all of my charms disappeared from the screen???
They may have disappeared from your screen, but went into your charm totals. Similar to what happens if you have charms on your screen, but then go to a party and receive the new party charms. The older charms just go into your charm totals.

I have had this happen to me several times in the pass 2 months. I been checking. just an hour ago. I 14 rubies and i loaded 4 leaving me 10 left in my charm log. i played my game which left me with 2 rubies i tried to load more charms for the next round of 3 card poker and when i did the two rubies vanish. i check my log and they were not there. i refresh and my log should of shown 12 rubies but it only shown 10. they were gone. i have lost at least 50 high end charms because of this glitch in the game. i haven’t complain to cw because they’ll ask me for proof and how do i prove it.

It just happen again. I lost 5 ponies. GRRRRRRRRR. i really hope cw fix’s this
@jimbo2766 I’ve seen this happen many times. Often, charms won’t be removed from the screen even after the coin balance has been completely exhausted. I notice this a lot when playing Blackjack with 5 hands at 50M each.
The only way to clear them is to refresh the game or manually remove them. However, since they have 0 coins left, they won’t actually go back into your charm inventory - they just disappear because they’re finished. It can definitely be confusing when they hang around like that!
